Consulting Services
Architecture is not only the creation of aesthetics but also involves comprehensive process management and interdisciplinary
coordination. The architect, at the center of this process, acts like a conductor, bringing together various areas of expertise and

Fields such as landscaping, lighting, acoustics, fire safety, earthquake engineering, façade systems, and sustainability (LEED)

Construction & Implementation
Throughout the project realization process, site management, monitoring of legal regulations, and interdisciplinary coordination
are meticulously handled. All project components—architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical—are integrated
and managed in line with site conditions and the work schedule.
The design, procurement, material supply, and implementation phases are carried out within the framework of a practical and

Interior Architect Gül AYYILDIZ
Gül Ayyıldız, co-founder of ZD Grup, graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the Department of Interior Architecture at Karadeniz Technical University (KTÜ) in 2004. After graduation, she gained extensive experience in design, manufacturing, and implementation by working with various firms in the industry. Between 2013 and 2018, she served as Interior Architect Manager at Rönesans Holding, playing an active role in the design coordination and implementation processes of prestigious projects. With the aim of contributing to the sector’s development, she is also an active member of civil society organizations such as BESİYAD (Building Materials Manufacturers and Industrialists Association) and KAİSDER (Construction and Interior Design Association). Combining her 20 years of professional experience and vision with her co-founder, she established ZD Grup Constracture in 2024
Architect M. Ersin ÖZTÜRK
M. Ersin ÖZTÜRK graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Gazi University in 2010. Following his graduation, he strengthened his professional experience by taking active roles in numerous successful firms engaged in design and implementation. He has been involved in the design, implementation, and coordination processes of significant projects in both the public and private sectors across various scales, and has participated in national architectural design competitions, earning awards with his team. Between 2017 and 2020, he took on critical responsibilities in architectural design and site teams at Rönesans Holding, coordinating prestigious projects. Guided by his professional experience and vision, in 2024, he co-founded ZD Grup Constracture where he continues to pursue his goals in the industry.
